Happy Birthday Ellis! (Part One)

I have a feeling Ellis' birthday post is going to be a multi-posting event which is why I labeled this Part One. Today Ellis turns ONE! I can't believe it - it was a year ago I was wondering what this little baby in side if me would be like. Tonight at 5:07 pm commemorates one year since her birth. I am just so greatful to have her as part of my family - she really made us a family and is teaching us about unconditional, true love. She is an amazing little girl: full of life, spunk, sass and love. She is everything I could have hoped for in a child and I can't wait for the next 18 years to watch her grow up.
