For Family Home Evening this week, we went to Kuboda Gardens in South Seattle for a walk with the family. It was the last day of the warm-streak we had over the weekend and I just couldn't fathom staying inside on the last night of good weather before the rain set in.
Kuboda Gardens is a beautiful sanctuary in the middle of the "ghetto" (aka Skyway). It is a japenese-style garden which is funded by the Kuboda Foundation. Really, really peaceful and beautiful. There is a walking trail which takes you all over the park - which the girls love running all over. Anyways - these two pics are from some flowers which the girls "found" in the park. I just love these little girls.
